Breast Surgery Sales Manager – CERCA Exclusive
Our client develops novel surgical products and procedures that offer surgeons more accuracy and flexibility in their practices. This is a global organization and their products are being used in over 30 countries worldwide. This company is in search of its next Award winning Sales Manager for the Midwest area of the United States. States included in this territory are Illinois, Ohio, Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska and Minnesota.
This position is responsible for selling instrumentation and consumables to Breast Surgeons throughout the region. The ideal candidates will have experience selling both direct and through distribution and have solid contacts in the OR’s throughout the Northeast including New York, Philadelphia and Boston. The primary responsibilities for this position will be to serve as a product expert for the distribution partner here in the US, while developing and growing a list of KOL’s in your respective area.
The qualified candidate will be rewarded handsomely for their effort, as the total package will include a base and commission plan, company car allowance, computer, mobile telephone, paid vacation and access to an excellent company benefits program.
Base: $100,000 – $120,000 per year (Commensurate with experience)
Bonus: The Plan is UNCAPPED.
Top reps earn between $200,000 and $300,000

- Do you have a 4 year degree from an accredited college?
- Do you have a minimum of three years of Successful Sales Experience into the OR?

- Have you been successful selling instruments and consumables?
- Have you been a top performer, presidents’ club member, or ranked in the top 15% of the outside sales force?
- Do you live in metropolitan area in the territory defined above?
