CLARIFICATION: Meet with the hiring executive and other appropriate individuals or an extensive review of the position.
SPECIALIZATION: Produce a document describing the position and requirements. IDENTIFICATION: Launch an extensive research program to locate candidates that possess the prerequisite skills and characteristics. QUALIFICATION: Contact and interview prospects on the phone to gauge their interest in the position and review their qualifications. UPDATE: Produce progress reports detailing backgrounds of all individuals contacted. EVALUATION: Conduct in-depth face-to-face interviews with potential candidates and provide resumes and detailed commentary regarding the candidate. NEGOTIATION: Help negotiate the acceptance of an offer favorable to both the client and the candidate. INTEGRATION: Assist in the employee's assimilation into the company. |
